I hold space for organizations, movements, and people seeking to align their values and aspirations (WHY) with their actions (HOW).
In practice, this involves designing and facilitating safe and joyful experiences where diverse groups are brought together to have uncomfortable conversations about power and privilege while working collectively to shape complex, intangible things like services, strategies, operating models, organizational and systemic change.
The lens I bring to my work is deeply rooted in decolonization, de-centering and building power with communities that have been historically underserved and marginalized by mainstream systems.
My approach blends decolonization, co-design, systems thinking, strategic foresight, embodied practices, creative facilitation and a sprinkling of speculative fiction and play. It’s method-agnostic and adaptive to the needs and goals of my collaborators and partners. In many ways, I work the way I cook. I don’t follow recipes, although I am intentional about the ingredients I choose and intuitively know how they work together. I use all senses. The ritual holds as much value as the outcome. I see cooking as an act of love, nourishment and care.

I am intentional about how I spend my time and energy and prioritize collaborating with initiatives led by women, LGBTQIA+, BIPOC and communities historically underserved and marginalized by mainstream systems.
